Learning Letter

Kayli Beidler Learning Letter  03-20-2020 To reflect on the work I’ve completed in this course, I want to start with the text presentations. I found these extremely helpful because they were unlike any other project or presentation that I’ve had to do for other classes. It made me realize how many resources there are out there for any issue that you may have as a teacher and also just how important it is to keep those books and resources handy while training to teach and throughout my teaching career in general. The content portfolio project was beneficial for the same reason; that I hadn’t done anything like it in any other class. To reflect on past work is extremely important, and it is really important to practice as future teachers because constant reflection is what helps teachers improve (as you have taught us).  In readings and discussions, I found it most beneficial that we explored all of the Washing State standards and reflected on them, especially since w...
